Framed Memories
Why do you travel?
I like to explore. I like to create memories. I like to collect everyday things that may go unnoticed to some but are treasures for others. When I lived in France for seven months, I saved all of my metro, train, and bus tickets for every single trip I took. These pieces of paper tell the story of where I was and when. You don’t have to travel to other countries to explore. Go to your local coffee shop on a lazy afternoon and read a book. Next week, try a different one and invite someone to enjoy a coffee and a nice conversation with you.
I’ve been planning this photo project for a while now, and I hadn’t taken the time to sit down and just do it. Today was the day. I have been saving coffee cup sleeves from different places and decided to hang a few of them in a frame. Just for fun and to remember. So, travel, create memories, and save a little something for your wall.
